Calendar & Registration

Please check the dates you are interested in coming. Our dorms can hold up to 85 participants and we accept multiple groups at one time. If you have questions or concerns about dates please reach out to the office to talk through specific situations. Once you have decided on dates please fill out the group registration form.

After completing the registration form our office manager will contact you to confirm and go over your group’s information. For more information on how to build your team and plan your trip, head over to our Leader Information tab. There you will find a budget sheet, leader packet, driving instructions, and more.
